Welcome to the Fitness Blueprint, where I want to provide the simplest method for achieving your health and fitness goals. My passion in life is living a healthy and fit one, however I know this aspect of life can be difficult for a lot of us to adhere to. That’s why I want to be the coach to help you achieve your goals. I try not to focus on one niche of health and fitness but instead try to see it as a broader, more holistic endeavour. By incorporating physical activity, better nutrition for fuelling the body and using mindfulness to change the way we think, I believe anyone can become the best versions of themselves. These three pillars form the base of my philosophy towards health.
