The Basic Service is the most affordable plan designed for someone who has some experience but needs the motivational help of a coach to guide them through their plan.

The Advanced Service includes all the bells and whistles. Each client will receive a completely personalised plan which will adapt over time to ensure their continued progress.

The Yearly Subscription offers the whole Advanced Service at a discounted rate paid up front but with a 20% saving, for those people dedicated to achieving their health goals in the long run.

Basic Service

£30 per month

This service includes a complete workout plan designed to cover all the bases to help achieve your goals, nutritional advice for any goal including weight loss or weight gain, exercise instructions and health and fitness tips to help you on your journey.

Weekly progress checks are also included where we will chat about your progress so any adjustments can be made to your plan.

advanced Service

£150 per month

Includes everything in the Basic Service plus unlimited changes to a bespoke training plan, unlimited changes to nutritional plans, unlimited video reviews of exercise form, unlimited contact for questions, pointers and motivation, healthy recipe ideas and habit coaching.

Everything about this plan is custom made to ensure your progress to your goals.

£1400 per year

This service includes the Advanced Service at a discounted rate paid upfront.

Basic service details

The aim of this service is to offer an affordable motivational coaching service. I realise a lot of us feel confident in going to the gym and taking part in exercise but maybe lack the motivation and structure to create a long lasting habit.

By signing up with this service, expect to get the following.

A free consultation with in depth questionnaire designed for me to get to know you, your fitness history and your goals and more.

A fitness plan that is easy to follow day by day to get you to whatever fitness goal you have be it becoming stronger, adding muscle, losing weight, increasing your cardio fitness and more.

Dietary tips that cover the basics for optimum health based on your dietary preferences.

Weekly catchup and check-ins via messaging or phone call where we will discuss your weekly workouts, dietary habits and lifestyle habits to see what went well and what can be improved.

Helpful fitness tips and lifestyle advice to help on your journey to your goals.

Instructions for each type of exercise including form instruction.

advanced service details

The aim of the Advanced Service is to offer the best possible support for my clients to reach their goals. It can be for complete beginners in the fitness world to intermediate and beyond. It includes all of the basic service plus the following.

A completely individually designed workout program, with adjustments made weekly to ensure smooth and steady progress to your fitness goals. Each detail bespoke to your body and your goals.

A custom dietary plan designed to support and fuel your body for your fitness goals.

Unlimited contact with me via messaging or phone calls to check in, ask questions, get feedback, request workout form critiques and more.

Free access to an industry leading workout tracking app where each workout will be available to follow. It provides the perfect way for you to track your workout and for me to assess and make any necessary progressions or regressions.

Healthy recipe and food hacks.

A habit coaching service to help improve your daily lifestyle to ensure your goals are met.
